who is this " server admin?"

who ever it is has been on the voicechat server for ages.

and when you go on his name it can't find the ID
anyone else noticed this, and any idea who he is?

i noticed that today he was on the bar and balcony at the same time

I asked this question earlier today on public quicknotes and was told it is a bot. It has something to do with the fact that they will be changing servers soon and needed a bot set up for some reason.
